We are excited to announce the launch of a new patient tool, Heidi, at Tailored Medical Group. Heidi can help patients manage their appointments, documents, scripts and more! All of this is accessible through the Heidi app so that you can keep track of everything in one place.
Heidi is also a cutting-edge AI diagnostic support tool that provides our doctors with valuable information and insights to help them make more accurate and timely diagnosis.
One of the great things about Heidi is that it offers chat-based consultations with our doctors. This means that you can get medical advice and support from the comfort of your own home, at any time of day. Heidi also offers virtual visits, which allow patients to see one of our doctors via live video or phone call. Besides providing telehealth options that save time, the app lets patients book or cancel appointments right from your phone—so that you don’t have to call to plan your next visit.
Dr. Michael, who is leading the rollout of Heidi at Tailored Medical Group, believes “Patients are always looking for options in access to their practice and Doctors . We are hoping this will be a new way to connect , especially when traditional face to face consults may not be required”.
