Tailored Medical Group is made up of a talented and dedicated team of doctors in Port Melbourne. We have male and female GPs who provide the best medical care possible to every patient who walks through our door. Dr Farnoush Nia
Dr Farnoush Nia studied in Tehran and graduated in 2004 and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and also a member of the Royal Australian College of Obstetrician and Gynecologist.
Dr Nia has also completed a diploma in Children’s Health. She has interest in all aspects of general medicine but especially in:
– Women’s Health
– Sexual and reproductive health including counselling about all forms of contraception including: Copper IUD, Mirena insertion and Implanon
– Breastfeeding Medicine
– Pregnancy shared care
Her passion is to continue to provide a high standard of care and offer high quality services to our patients. Dr Farnoush is dedicated to her work and continues to do further studies to keep her skills up to date.

Dr Patel completed her preclinical medical degree at Cambridge University and clinical years at Imperial college London in 2012. She has experience through a wide range of various specialities over the subsequent 6 years in the UK whilst completing her General Practice training at St Thomas' Hospital in London. Dr Patel moved to Melbourne in 2018 with her husband and has worked as a GP in St Kilda for over 3 years before joining Tailored Medical Group.
She is a kind and open minded doctor who provides holistic and patient centred care. She is also engaged with teaching University of Melbourne medical students. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the many eateries of Melbourne balancing that with activities such as yoga, bouldering, hiking and being a new mummy!

Dr Viyan HagueBSc (Hons) MBBS FRACGP DRCOG DFSRH

Dr Viyan Hague has been practising medicine since 2009 and is originally from London, England.
She has a wide breadth of experience and knowledge in all areas of medicine, including chronic disease management such as diabetes, COPD, high blood pressure and weight management, as well as mental health and care of the elderly.
Dr Hague has additional diplomas in family planning and sexual health, and is skilled in Implanon insertion and removal.
Viyan is known for her compassionate and warm bed side manner, and likes to involve patients in decision making around their care.
Dr Hague has an honorary role at the University of Melbourne as a medical student educator and supervisor and thoroughly enjoys teaching the next generation of doctors.

Patrick is an Irish and Australian qualified general practitioner.
He is Very experienced having worked in Ireland, New Zealand and Australia for over
20 years. Pat has experience working as a general practitioner in Victoria and around the country.

Dr Zahin IlaheeFRACGP, DCH, MBBS

Dr. Zahin Ilahee is a friendly male GP with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
A Melbourne local, Dr Zahin grew up in the area and moved to complete his medical degree in Queensland in 2013. He has had various hospital experience in Sydney and Melbourne and has worked in General Practice in Melbourne since 2017.
He spends his spare time exercising at the gym and playing soccer.
Dr. Zahin is interested in all aspects of family medicine but has Special interests in:
- Preventative Health including Hypertension and Diabetes.
- Travel Medicine
- Men's Health
Zahin is passionate about providing holistic and warm care for all patients. Zahin is a good communicator who attempts to explain his thought process for diagnoses and treatment.

Dr Michael Taylor has been practicing for over 20 years and brings a breadth of knowledge and skill to TMG.
Dr Michael is interested in medical care for the whole family, with extensive experience. He specialises in Paediatric care and skin disease.
Dr Vincent Strangio
Vincent graduated from the University of Melbourne School of Medicine in 2005 after completing degrees and obtaining honours in both Bachelor of Science and Engineering.
He spent several years working in Ballarat Base and Geelong Hospitals where he did his Emergency Medicine training. He later joined Southern Health (Monash, Clayton, Moorabbin Casey and Dandenong hospitals) where he worked in Obstetrics and Gynaecology,
Paediatrics, ENT, Cardiology and Neurology. He then undertook Locum work around the country and trained in rural medicine before returning to Melbourne to practice and obtain his qualification as a GP in 2011, and has been working as a GP for the last 10 years.
Vincent enjoys all facets of general practice from children’s health, shared maternity care, travel medicine, chronic disease management and minor office surgical procedures, with a diploma in skin cancer medicine from the University of Queensland. Vincent also continues to get involved in teaching first year medical students, and supervising Junior doctors and GP Registrars.
Vincent will support his long term patients through all of their health needs including Workcover and TAC.
In Vincent’s personal time he enjoys spending time with his wife and 15 month baby boy who keeps him busy.
Dr Firoozeh MoeinaddiniMBBS, FRACGP, CWH

Dr Moeinaddini completed her medical degree in 2007 in Iran. She has been working in Australia since 2011. After a couple of years of hospital work at Eastern health, she moved to general practice and obtained her FRACGP in 2018.
She also has a certificate of Women's health and is a member of RANZCOG. Dr Fi has worked with Eastern Health Fracture clinic and is happy to manage non operative fractures.

Dr Zara Latif has been a General Practitioner for over 8 years with experience in a wide range of areas.
Zara enjoys travelling, needs a good coffee to kick start her day and enjoys horse riding in her time away from Medicine.

Tory completed her nursing degree at La Trobe University in 2015 and has since had a variety of nursing experience on hospital wards, post anaesthetic recovery units and more recently has found her calling working in General Practice.
Tory is a certified Nurse Immuniser and a member of the Immunisation Nurse Special Interest Group (INSIG).
Tory enjoys the wide range of conditions and acuity seen in General Practice, but she especially enjoys making lasting connections with patients and their families.
Tory’s other passions include snowboarding, travelling, gym, her dog Nanook and spending time with family.

Tarannum completed her Medical degree at Monash University (graduating with Distinction) in 2012, after completing a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Honours) in 2008. She completed her General Practice training in New South Wales and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2018. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice medicine and has a passion for patient-centred care and particularly the opportunity to work in a team environment with patients, GP colleagues, nurses and specialist providers to ensure the best ongoing care and advocacy for her patients.

Dr Farrah Rhemtulla

Originally from Canada, Farrah completed her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees at the University of Calgary before moving to Australia to study Medicine. She graduated from the University of Queensland in 2014 before completing her General Practice training in Rockhampton, Queensland and moving to Melbourne in 2019.
She has special interests in:- Women's health
- Children's health
- Chronic disease management
- Preventative and lifestyle medicine
- Skin and soft tissue lesion removal
- Insertion/removal of contraceptive implants
Dr Tim Ibrahim

Tim was raised in Gippsland and graduated from the University of Adelaide Medical School in 2007. Tim worked as a doctor around Australia and in New Zealand in various medical specialities but primarily Critical Care and Neurosurgery. Being passionate about preventative health and lifestyle medicine in 2014 he pursued a career in General Practice, training in country Victoria as a Rural GP-Obstetrician. Having completed his training in 2018 Tim has joined Tailored Medical Group to care for the Port Melbourne community.
In his spare time Tim is an Army Reservist and enjoys walking his dog.
